He was born on 28th February 1980 in Kano State in the northern part of Nigeria. He is currently 39 years old. He is originally from Enugu-Ukwu, a small town in Njoka Local Government Area of Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. He is currently the sixth child in the family.
Ken Erics completed both his primary and secondary school education in Kano State in the northern part of Nigeria and obtained both his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate. He also stated that he slept in motor parks, uncompleted building and garage in Lagos when he came for a movie audition and had no where to stay.
He also revealed that he was rejected many times in audition and he had to go through hell to get a movie role.
