Korede Taiwo, was the boy who lost his dear mother to the hands of cruel death at a tender age. After the death of his mother, his father married another wife and was being maltreated by both his father and his step mother.
The boy was chained for up to a month after stealing eba and soup to eat from their cooking pot. Korede\\\\’s Father who happens to be a man of God resulted to chaining the boy saying he needs deliverance for stealing eba and soup from their pot.
After his mother died, his father only showed little interest in his son\\\\’s wellbeing and most time, the innocent boy is always hungry.
His father\\\\’s actions were reported by their church members to NSCDC, which prompted NSCDC to swing in a rescue operation thereby rescuing the boy from starving to death.
As at the time Korede was rescued from his parent, he was malnourished, looks smaller than his age, traumatized, dejected and withdrawn before he was rescued.
However, Korede is now living fine as the woman who adopted him in 2016, Mrs Amosun Funsho is helping him chase his dreams of becoming a doctor.
