Since Tiwa Savage’s alleged s*xtape made its way into social media, several people have been sharing their opinions on the issue, and one of them is the popular journalist, Kemi Olunloyo. Kemi said that she did not watch the video, but after analyzing what Daddy Freeze said, Tiwa should do what is “necessary.”
Kemi highlighted four things Tiwa should do, and that is what we are going to look at in this article, and why it is important for her to take the advice.
1. Kemi asked her to talk to her son about what happened, because that will prevent the boy from being trolled by his teachers and classmates in school.
2. She told her to write a letter to the companies she has endorsement deals with, and explain to them what happened, especially the family-oriented brands. She added that even though the brands already have knowledge of what happened, the letter is good for her PR.
3. She also advised her to stop fighting the bloggers and blackmailer that leaked the video, and that she should rather set up her US tour before next year, and move on with her life.
4. Finally, she condemned her for allowing herself to be filmed in the first place during her intimate moment, and told her never to make such a mistake again, because such act could affect her in the future.
Why Tiwa should take Kemi’s advice.
Talking to her son about what happened is very necessary, because there may come a time when his fellow pupils in school would be rude to him and make reference to the video, but the heart-to-heart talk with her son will help him to brace up for such moments. What Tiwa needs to do is to look for the appropriate time to have the discussion with him.

A lot of people see Tiwa as the victim in this case, for having her privacy breached by a blackmailer, but there are also some who blame her for allowing someone to record her. But whatever the mistake may be, this is not the time to dwell on it, but rather she should concentrate on salvaging the situation. Apologizing to her fans and her brand endorsement companies for allowing such a thing to happen is the ideal thing for her to do now.
Kemi said that even though the brands may not renew their contracts with them, writing to them is still a necessity.
Setting up her tour earlier than 2022 is also a piece of good advice from Kemi, as that will help take her mind away from what happened, and make her focus on bigger things. The tour will be good for her mental health.
