‘The ghetto made you relevant’ – Nigerians Drag BBNaija Vee for referring to Nigeria as ghetto

Former Big Brother Naija Housemate Vee Iye has been dragged on social media after referring to Nigeria as ghetto and prayed for God’s strength to survive.

In a post shared on her Instagram story, Vee, who seemed upset with the current situation in the country, said she only has a few weeks left to leave Nigeria.

She wrote: A few more weeks then I’ll be out of the ghetto. Give me strength Lord.

Reacting, some social media users frowned and slammed her over the statement saying the ghetto gave her fame and fan base.

While urging her to humble herself, others said if London was very rosy for her, why would she leave there a reality TV show in Nigeria.
