She was born on 1st May 1993 in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State in the south eastern part of Nigeria to a working class family. She is currently 28 years old. 
She grew up in Abakaliki, Enugu and Asaba respectively. Chacha Eke is the daughter of Professor John Eke who is the Ebonyi State Commissioner for Education. She attended ESUT Nursery and Primary School in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria and obtained her First School Leaving Certificate.
After completing her primary school education, Chacha Eke proceeded to Our Lord Shepherd International School in Enugu State, Nigeria and obtained her West African Senior School Certificate.
After completing her secondary school education, Chacha Eke proceeded to Ebonyi State University in Abakaliki and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
In 2009, Chacha Eke joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) when she partakes for the Miss Nollywood Talent Hunt Show, an acting competition held in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. After the competition, Chacha Eke started attending movie audition and began acting as a minor character in movies.
In 2012, Chacha Eke rose to fame after acting in the Nollywood blockbuster movie “The End is Near” a movie that brought her to limelight. Chacha Eke is known worldwide for her ability to cry in movies. She always acts in tragic movies and love to cry in movie.
