In an interview on Power 105.1 with Angie Martinez, the artist disclosed that the blackmailer sent her s3x tape to one of her team members who also sent it to her. She stated that she decided not to give in to the demands of the blackmailer.
The afrobeat singer disclosed how distressed she is and how her current boyfriend is also going crazy over the $ex tape as the person has threatened to leak the tape on the internet if a specific amount is not paid
According to Tiwa, she and her team have decided not to bow to the demands of the blackmailer because if she pays the money they are demanding, they will either release the s3x tape or better still demand another money in months or years to come.
Tiwa told the host that she cannot allow herself to be blackmailed by an unknown person for doing something natural. She has however decided not to pay heed to the threats of the kidnappers.
“My man is also going crazy about it. My manager asked how much the person is asking for but I decided I was not going to pay the person because if I do, two months from now, three months down the line, or even years later, you are going to come back again” she told the host.
