Popular South African singer, Nqobile has tackled a supposed section of Nigerians who are trying to own the sensational Amapiano sound originated from South Africa.
In a series of post made by her on her Instagram and Twitter pages, Nqobile claimed that artistes in Nigeria are trying to change the genre’s name from Amapiano to Naija Amapiano and she warned Nigerians to leave Amapiano alone as she claims there is no such thing as Afro Piano or Naija Amapiano.
Setting the records straight, the talented dancer stated that Amapiano is a South African sound from South Africa therefore Nigerian musician should allow South Africans to enjoy their things.
Nigerians have, however, reacted to her statement and they have trolled her citing that she is fighting over something nobody is fighting her with.
