Popular Nigerian actress, Faithia Balogun has taken to social media to cry out over the charges Nigerian telecommunication networks and banks assign to their services.
Faithia Balogun lamented that now banks are charging people for walking into the bank to save money a situation he sees as empowering the rich by giving the money back to them.
The actress described the rate which these service providers charge as disheartening and ruthless and she bemoaned that MTN and banks want her to return to her village.
She wrote:
MTN and banks want to send me back to my village. The rate at which this people charge is so disheartening and ruthless, to extent where banks charge you for walking into the bank to save money.
