UNIZIK medical graduate makes her mum cry as she bags 12 awards at induction (Photos)
A young lady identified as Winifred Ugochinyere Hyacinth, has celebrated a huge milestone in her academic journey as she gets set to pave a career path for herself.
Winifred, a graduate of Medicine from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, bagged several awards at the the induction ceremony of medical graduates into the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
The lady, who emerged as the overall best graduating student won 12 out of the 14 awards including the award for best student in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th MBBS.
The outstanding young doctor took to her Twitter page to share the news of her impeccable performance, and revealed that she made her mother shed tears of joy.
Sharing photos from the induction ceremony she wrote;
“Made my momma so proud she cried! 1 Mission accomplished”.
Some of the awards won by the beautiful lady are listed as follows;
The Prof. Emele prize for best student in Pathology
Prof. Joseph Ikechebelu prize for best student in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Dozie Ikedife medal for the overall best student
Dr. Echee Adinma prize for best student in Community Medicine, and best female student
Prof. Emejulu prize for the best student in Surgery, among others.
