Nigerian afrobeat genius, Wizkid was thrown into an ecstatic mood when he was served his favourite meat (Suya) at home.
The news of Wizkid flying his ‘Suya Man’ from Nigeria to Ghana got netizens startled as they wondered why the man would do such a thing. Apparently, the unidentified man does it like no other, he alone can quench the thirst of the singer with a spicy suya.
Suya is a popular food in West Africa with Nigeria being the home of it. It is generally made with skewered beef, ram, or chicken. Innards such as kidney, liver and tripe are also used. It’s best served with raw onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce, and fresh-squeezed lime juice to give it the taste that sends chills down the spine of its lovers.
In a video circulating on social media, Wizkid was seen in a happy mood when he was served a plate of suya. He can be heard bestowing encomiums the man as he make his way to his seat.
