Some notable Nigerian political figures have given birth to children who became successful in the entertainment world. Two among them is Peter Obi and Augustus Akhabue who gave birth to son that are American actors.

1. Gregory Oseloka Obi

The son of the notable politician and the current flag bearer for the presidential race of the labour party is currently an British-American actor. He is the only don of Peter Obi who was born and raised in Nigeria.

After his birth, he was taken out of the country and was educated at Bristol University which is located in Bristol, England. Luckily for him, he was able to graduate with a degree in Philosophy. Shortly after his graduation, he started pursuing his acting career. He was featured in different minor movies but rose to international fame in 2019 after he played the role of Dan in the American film titled His Assistance. Since then, he has been featured in different other interesting movies.

2. Mark Holden

Another son of a notable Nigerian politician that is currently an actor is Mark Holden. He currently works in different entertainment genres including film, television, theatre and voice. He was born in Plymouth England on 21st September 1962.

He rose to international fame and prominence after he played the role of John Lynn in Deep State. He is the son of the late Admiral Augustus Akhabue Aikhomu who was former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria from 1986 to 1993.
