1. Osita Iheme
Osita Iheme is a Nigerian actor, scrip writer, comedian, motivational speaker and a philanthropist. He is widely known for playing the role of ‘Pawpaw’ in the film Aki na Ukwa alongside Chinedu Ikedieze.
He recently gained popularity in India due to his prominence in various memes. He is the founder of Inspired Movement Africa which he founded to inspire, motivate and stimulate the minds of young Nigerians and Africans.
Iheme was born 20th February 1982 in Abia State, Nigeria. He is currently 40 years old as of 2021. He was born into the family of five.
2. Ini Edo
Born Iniobong Edo Ekim, born 23rd of April, 1982, popularly known as Ini Edo, is a Nigerian actress and movie producer who started her acting career back in 2000 with more than 100 movies to her credit.
Ini Edo is of Ibibio tribe from Akwa Ibom state part of Nigeria. She was raised properly by teacher mother and her father, elder of the church.
The actress who revealed she’s second of the four children of her parents, three girls and a boy, also had her secondary school education at Cornelius Connely College in Calabar and a diploma in theatre arts from the University of Uyo.
3. Mike Ezuruonye
Mike Ezuruonye is currently one of the most promising and popular Nollywood talents. He earned fame with his spectacular acting.
Born in Lagos, Nigeria, on the 21st of February, 1982, Mike Ezuruonye was the eldest of four siblings in his family, and this status taught him responsibility from the early age. He had his primary education in Taraba State and later continued his school years in Lagos, at the Taraba and Archbishop Aggey Memorial School. Since his elementary school years, Mike has shown a strong interest in acting. He enjoyed writing scripts for the plays and expressed interest in working with the camera.
Mike revealed in one of the interviews that his family was wealthy and he had everything the child could ever need and more until his father suddenly passed away. His death brought everything to zero and forced Mike’s family to survive. There were no more luxuries like personal drivers and cars. However, his mother took control of the situation and started working hard to ensure her children a needless life. Mike Ezuruonye says that he still respects his mother for what she has done for him and his siblings after his father’s passing.
4. Enyinna Nwigwe
Enyinna Nwigwe was born on 18th May, 1982 at Ngor Okpala in Imo State Nigeria. He is a Nigerian actor and producer. Nwigwe is popular for his movies The Wedding Party, Black November and Black Gold.
Enyinna Nwigwe was raised alongside his brother and two sisters. He is one of the sexiest actors in Nollywood.
Enyinna Nwigwe studied economics at the University of Calabar.
Enyinna Nwigwe’s career in the entertainment industry started while he was in the University as a runway and print model before moving into acting.
5. Queen Nwokoye
Queen Nwokoye, born January 11, 1982, is a Nigerian film actress. She is best known for starring as the lead character in a 2014 film titled Chetanna.
Queen was born in Lagos State into a Catholic family but she hails from Anambra State. She completed her secondary school education at Queen’s College, Enugu before she proceeded to Nnamdi Azikiwe University where she studied Sociology and Anthropology. She gew up with the ambition of becoming a lawyer.
Since making her acting debut in 2004 in a film titled Nna Men, Queen has went on to star in several Nigerian films, winning awards and earning nominations. She is currently 40 years old.
6. Yul Edochie
Yul Chibuike Daniel Edochie, a native of Anambra State, is a prominent Nigerian Actor and the son of one of Nigeria’s finest actors and screen legend, Pete Edochie. Yul Edochie was born on the 7th of January 1982 and grew up in Lagos and Enugu States respectively.
He began his education at Lillian’s Day Nursery School and Robinson Street Primary School from 1984 to 1992. He attended up to four Secondary schools between 1992 to 1998 all located in Enugu- Marist Brothers’ Juniorate, Uturu, University Secondary School, Enugu, Ecumenical Community Secondary School and then New Haven Boys Secondary School before graduating in 1998.
After his secondary school education, he proceeded to the University of Port Hacourt to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Dramatic Arts. While in the University of Port Hacourt he met his wife, May Aligwe and the two got married six years after they met. Yul Edochie got married to his heartthrob at the age of 22 years in 2004, and the marriage is blessed with three children, 3 boys and 1 girl. Yul is currently 40 years old.
7. Lilian Esoro
Lilian Esoro, born March 09, 1982, is a Nigerian actress and an entrepreneur.
Lilian was born in the southeastern part of Nigeria in Imo State. She is the youngest child in a family of seven children.
Lilian Esoro did both her primary and secondary school education in Lagos State.
She also studied Integrated Science at Bida Polytechnic.
Afterwards, she proceeded to the University of Abuja where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
Lilian was married to Ubi Franklin. They got married on 1st November 2015.
They have a son, Jayden together. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out for the two as they have both gone their separate ways just one year after the marriage.
Lilian’s acting career started in 2005. She feature in the soap opera Extended Family.
8. Nkiru Sylvanus
Nkiru Sylvanus, born April 21, 1982, is a Nigerian actress and politician. During her career as an actress, she featured in over seventy movies and won the awards for Best Actress of the Year at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) and Best Actress in a Leading Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMMA).
Sylvanus was born in Osisioma, Aba, a city located in Abia State. She attended Ohabiam Primary and Secondary School, where she obtained her first school leaving certificate and West African Senior School Certificate. She also attended the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, graduating with a BSc degree in mass communication.
In 2014 Sylvanus married Stanley Duru. As of 2019, they are separated.
9. Stephanie Okereke
Stephanie Onyekachi Okereke was born on the 2nd of March, 1982 in Imo state, Nigeria. She was the sixth of her family’s eight children. She had her primary and secondary education in Delta state before proceeding to the University of Calabar, Cross River state for her tertiary education. From the institution, she bagged a degree in English and literary studies.
Stephanie Okereke started her acting career in 1997 as a teenager, when she featured in two Nollywood movies, “Compromise” and “Waterloo”. These two shot her into stardom as she got many acting contracts afterwards. To date, she has featured in over 90 Nollywood movies.
Stephanie Okereke husband is Linus Idahosa. The couple got married in April 2012 in Paris France. Stephanie is currently 39 years old.
