Egyptian international footballer, Mohammed Salah has come under the wrath of the Muslim community after he joined Christians around the world to celebrate Christmas on his Instagram page.
Mohammed Salah shared lovely photos of himself and his wife and kids dressed in Santa Claus-themed outfits and captioned “Merry Christmas”.
Some followers who are Muslims did not take the Liverpool star’s action lightly as they took to the comment section to register their displeasure.
One wrote, “why mo… we Muslims don’t celebrate Christmas..”
