Chelsea’s Hudson-Odoi Lands In Ghana With King Promise After Winning Champions League (VIDEOS)

Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has landed in Ghana to spend a vacation after winning the UEFA Champions League.

On Wednesday, June 3, the 20 year old player touched down at the Kotoka International Airport and was met by Ghanaian Afrobeat star King Promise.

Recall that Ghanaian Singer shared a photo of a Skype call he had with the English player after Chelsea won the Champions League last Saturday.

As sighted in the videos making rounds online, Hudson-Odoi was seen gladly reveling in the exhilarating welcome at the airport by jamming to the traditional music.

In another video, King Promise was seen chilling with the Chelsea winger in some part of Accra. The Ghanaian singer compelled him to utter some words in Twi language at a point in time.

Despite helping Chelsea win the European Championship, the youngster was left out of England’s squad for Euro 2020.

It came as a big shock to the world when the Blues narrowly recorded 1-0 victory over Manchester City in the final of the Champions League last Saturday.

On Saturday, a magnificent goal scored by Kai Havertz in the first half was enough land Chelsea into winning the Champions League title.

Though, Hudson-Odoi played 37 matches for the Blues in all competitions, he scored five goals and didn’t have a chance in the final.

Here are some few reactions gathered from Ghanaians after they chanced upon the video;
