An appeal for aid from Mercy Eke, a well-known Nigerian reality personality, about the misery that is devouring her mind despite her affluence, draws conflicting responses.
The winner of the 2019 Big Brother Naija reality winner, turned to Twitter to voice her unhappiness despite becoming wealthy.
“Money is not happiness, I hate this life 
,” Mercy Eke wrote in her last tweet on Saturday night.
However, many were taken aback by the assertion; some contested it, while others expressed worry about her mental state.
“Money is not the problem. It’s the way you are making your money after BBN that’s pricking your heart and making you unhappy deep down. Find God and Close your legs more sis. You will see that genuine peace and happiness will start to find you,” a user wrote.
