It’s not a Thursday, but veteran Nollywood actress Idowu Philips popular called mama Rainbow, has taken to social media to share a throwback photo of herself.
Taking to her Instagram page, the actress shared a photo of herself rocking the popular Yoruba native attire ‘Iro and Buba’ (Iro is a large fabric wrapped around the body while Buba is a voluminous blouse).
Reminiscing on the nightclub experiences in Lagos during 1967, mama Rainbow, as she is fondly called, said she’s missing the real Nigeria.
She captioned the post: Hmm nightclub in yaba Lagos 1967 am missing the real Nigeria.
The world has evolved, and it isn’t easy to see someone rocking such an outfit at a club except for a wedding, birthday, or other events. This generated hilarious reactions from some Nollywood stars and fans.
