A man who allegedly turned into an animal to kidnap children has been caught in Benin, Edo state.

A video shared by Instablog9ja shows the accosted young man being interrogated by some residents after he was caught and according to voices heard in the video, claimed she nearly lost her children as the man entered a gated house trying to take the kids but luckily for her, her kids were not home.
